Complete the Pet Entry Form

To enter your pet in Switch Zoo online, please begin by completing the following entry form. After typing your name, email address, and pet's name, choose the scene(s) in which your pet will appear. The scene determines the landscape, the animal's body, and what other animals are available to use in combinations.  List of scenes and animals

For each pet entry in Switch Zoo, your pet's head will be included in the selected scene(s). (We may choose to add your pet's legs or tail free of charge, at our discretion).

Special Grand Opening price for each pet is $19.95 for three scenes. Each additional scene is $5.00. The regular price for each pet is $29.95 for one scene, and each additional scene is $10.00.
